Privacy Policy
We collect information you provide (such as name, contact details, and health information), plus basic technical data about how you use the site.
We use this information to provide services, connect you with providers and pharmacies, process payments, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal or health information.

Consumer Health Data Privacy
Where state laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act apply, we collect consumer health data only with your consent and only to provide the services you request.
We share consumer health data only with your providers, pharmacies, and service providers bound by confidentiality. You may withdraw consent or request deletion at any time.
Telehealth Consent
Telehealth involves the use of electronic communications to let providers evaluate your health remotely. It has benefits and limitations, including the lack of an in-person physical exam.
Your provider may request additional information, labs, or a video visit, and may decide treatment is not appropriate. You may withdraw consent at any time.
HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices
Your providers and pharmacies are covered entities under HIPAA. Protected health information is used and disclosed only for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations, or as permitted or required by law.
You have the right to access your records, request amendments, request an accounting of disclosures, and file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Patient Bill of Rights
You have the right to respectful, private care; to know your provider's name and credentials; to understand the risks and benefits of treatment; to refuse treatment; to access your records; and to voice complaints without retaliation.
Refund & Cancellation
If a provider determines treatment is not appropriate, you will not be charged for medication.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Because of safety rules, dispensed medication cannot be returned or refunded except where required by law or if the order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Shipping Policy
Prescribed medications are shipped by licensed pharmacies in plain, discreet packaging, only to states where services are available. Most orders arrive within two business days after a prescription is processed.
Temperature-sensitive medications ship with appropriate packaging. Contact us right away if your order is late, damaged, or incorrect.
Medical Disclaimer
Information on this site is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Prescriptions are issued only at the independent judgment of a licensed provider. Individual results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
Compounded Medication Notice
Some medications offered through providers on this platform are compounded by state-licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. They are prescribed only when a provider determines they are appropriate for an individual patient.
